This was the first Halfling Hoedown that a I had privilege of attending. The video gives you a glimpse into the Halfling-themed festival put on by Larpshire - an afternoon of dancing, music, games, and whimsy. The day kicked off with lively Seán Nós by Nor’easter Tippers and Pypes, followed by Halfling-style country dancing that had everyone on their feet. Treebeard even made an appearance before PB&J Circus lit up the field with a surreal and playful performance. As the sun dipped lower, Damh and Dove took the stage with a set that was equal parts enchanting and grounded. The crowd swayed, some barefoot, some cloaked, all deeply in it.
